QA Analyst II

Duties: Perform manual and automated testing of applications supporting business objectives while demonstrating independence in project analysis.

Lead analysis for the purposes of developing test cases for websites, web applications, and infrastructure.

Perform hands-on manual testing while scripting automated tests to ensure application quality.

Serve as a liaison to business analysts and product owners, providing feedback on application readiness for migrations.

Provide technical guidance to junior testers and other team members.

Monitor program performance to ensure efficient and problem-free operations Requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field (willing to accept foreign educational credentials, including 3-year foreign Bachelor's degree), plus 3 years of experience with each of the following: 1.

Working in the software development industry in a team environment.

2.

Automation tools including Selenium WebDriver with Java or C#. 3.

Testing web services including RESTful API.

4.

Performance testing using tools including Apache JMeter.

5.

Programming languages including Java and C# .Net.

6.

Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr.

7.

Agile [Scrum]. 8.

Cloud-based development and production environments including AWS.

9.

Testing non-GUI applications including SQL, Flat Files, and XML.

10.

Working in a Continuous Integration atmosphere.

Work from home permitted 1-2 days per week.

Must work at employers office in Jersey City, NJ other days $103,418 to $110,000 per year.

Must also have authority to work permanently in the U.S.
