What You'll Do:

As a Mechanical Engineer at MMT, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, designing and testing everything from custom machines to robotics. You'll collaborate with a talented design team, bring your ideas to life using CAD software, and see your work go from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:

Design precision products like machine tools, controls, and robotics

Collaborate with a cross-functional team to develop sketches, layouts, and models

Create detailed 3D CAD drawings (Autodesk Inventor required; SolidWorks is a plus)

Select materials and components for manufacturing

Build and test prototypes - and iterate based on performance data

Monitor production and develop control systems for ongoing improvement

Share your knowledge through cross-training and team collaboration What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

1-3 years of hands-on experience in design and engineering

Strong CAD skills (Autodesk Inventor required)

Familiarity with GD&T and machine tool design

Top-notch analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
