Project Executive - Multifamily and Luxury Residential

As the Project Executive you will be the driving force behind the execution of high-end luxury residential and multifamily construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. In this senior leadership role, you will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, manage key stakeholder relationships, and work closely with architects, contractors, and internal teams to bring projects to life.

Reporting to the company President, you will lead a small team, provide broad project oversight, and act as a key client contact from pre-construciton to completion managing risk, budgets, quality, and end-user satisfaction.

Experience in high-end residential developments, working across multiple projects and a demonstrated history of developing and mentoring teams will be essential to your success in this exciting opportunity.
