Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher

Location: Cranbury, NJ

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $19.00-23.00 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner

Coordinate and dispatch service calls, drivers, or technicians to customer sites

Accurately enter and update orders, service requests, and delivery details into the system

Resolve customer concerns with urgency, professionalism, and empathy

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requests

Maintain detailed records of communications, schedules, and service logs

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in customer service, dispatching, or a related field

Strong communication and organizational skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience with dispatching software is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent required
