Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a call center to join our team! You will be responsible for helping potential clients who are looking for personal injury lawyers to represent them in car accident cases.

Responsibilities:

Phone call interactions including answering and returning calls, checking emails and call leads

Provide information about the firms and services that they will be referred to.

Document and update leads' records based on interactions

Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

Ability to build rapport with clients

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Positive and professional demeanor
