Responsibilities and Duties
Identifying correct parts in the catalog system
Charging and costing parts out
Basic inventory control functions
Taking care of customer's over the phone and at the parts counter
Accurately record parts and prices on work orders and counter tickets
Provide high-level service to internal and external customers
Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources
Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information
Qualifications
2 years parts sales experience preferred (dealership or retail aftermarket)
Chrysler experience a plus
CDK experience a plus
Effective oral & written communication
Ability to follow directions
Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment
Work Experience & Education
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have a valid Driver’s License
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and a background check
