Seeking an Administrative Team Member to join our agency. This role combines administrative responsibilities with opportunities to build relationships with our clients.
Licensing Requirements:
• Non-Licensed Candidates: No experience or license required to start, but you must obtain licenses in Property & Casualty and Life & Health within 60 days of hire. Our agency will sponsor and or reimburse licensing courses.
• Licensed Candidates: Must hold active licenses in Property & Casualty and Life & Health.
Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls, manage incoming/outgoing call volumes. Manage Mail.
• Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive experience with clients. While taking payments.
• Provide support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Accurately input and update client information in our systems.

Qualifications:
• Spanish speaking is a PLUS!
• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and listening.
• People-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Comfortable learning and using computer systems.
• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus (no insurance experience required).
Schedule:
• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Monday through Friday
