What You’ll Be Doing:
Own and improve plastic injection molding processes on equipment less than 3 years old.
Drive efficiency, product flow, and process optimization on the production floor—not from a desk.
Collaborate with experienced engineers and global colleagues, gaining valuable international exposure.

What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of hands-on experience in Process Engineering for Plastic Injection Molding
A BS degree in Engineering is preferred, but not required for seasoned professionals
A floor-focused engineer who thrives in production environments
Experience with Scientific Molding Principles
Someone who’s self-motivated, career-minded, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-tech environment
