Accountant

Job Description

RubyCo. Concierge Tax + Accounting is a locally owned CPA firm established in 2009. We are seeking an experienced accountant to join our growing team.

Job duties include :

Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports for multiple clients.

Develop and analyze reporting for multiple business operations and budgets.

Perform reviews ensuring adherence to standard requirements

Create new processes to improve financial efficiency

Report analysis and findings to management team

Qualifications:

Previous experience in accounting or other related fields

Fundamental knowledge of debits and credits

Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools

QuickBooks Online experience

Detail and deadline-oriented

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour based on experienceCompany Description
