Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound customer and client requests for medical records.

Perform data entry documenting requests and patient information from facilities, legal offices, and patients.

Effectively document and manage incoming calls in a timely manner.

Continually meet call center metrics.

Must possess call center and healthcare experience.

Medical records experience preferred.

Experience working with call center metrics.

Excellent customer service skills.

Strong computer navigation skills.

Fully remote
