Job Type: PRN / Per Diem

Location: Defiance, OH 43512

Schedule: One shift per week 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Start Date: ASAP

Facility Type: Inpatient Hospital (near Napoleon, OH)

Key Responsibilities

Accurately assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing inpatient medications

Ensure timely delivery of medications to patient care units

Refill and manage inventory for automated dispensing cabinets

Prepare sterile IV pounds (if certified)

ply with infection control, safety, and regulatory protocols

Step in during high-volume times or staffing gaps

Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED (Required)

Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician license (Required)

National Certification (CPhT) (Preferred)

Prior hospital experience (Required)

Must be local and able to mit to a consistent weekly shift
