Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Position Overview: We're searching for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a diverse range of communication and swallowing disorders. From pediatric clients taking their first steps in speech development to seniors seeking support for age-related issues, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact through personalized care and innovative therapy techniques.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough evaluations to identify speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.

Develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.

Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and educators, to ensure comprehensive care.

Monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

Empower clients and their families with practical strategies and techniques to support communication and swallowing function in daily life.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or eligibility for certification.

State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility for licensure.

Previous experience working with diverse populations and age groups is highly valued.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
