Sales Representatives

JOB DETAILS: Job Overview: We are a growing Solar Lighting & Electric soluction company seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Salesperson to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities: Drive sales and build strong relationships with customers.

Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.

Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

Meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills: Education: Minimum of a Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) . A certificate or short course in sales, marketing, or customer service is an added advantage.

Experience: At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, Experience in solar or lighting products is a bonus but not required.

Skills Required: Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidence and ability to talk to different types of people.

Willingness to learn about solar and lighting products.

Energetic, self-driven, and eager to meet sales targets.

Able to work independently and visit clients in the field.
