Java Script/Coding/SQL experience preferred

Responsibilities may include:

Responding to Smartcare tickets and assisting with Smartcare support

Creating Smartcare accounts and additional forms as needed

Data entry of all clinical audits and assigning audits to designated clinicians

Work closely with IT and Compliance departments

Review supervisor mini chart audits

Perform caseload reviews to ensure all clients are assigned and current clients are seen on a regular basis

Perform NP and Nurses audit reviews

Requirements for this position include:

BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

Experience in using electronic health records

Form development

Advanced knowledge of development toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software

Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals

Clinical knowledge to understand and evaluate patient information and case management workflows

Advanced use of MS office applications Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills to effectively interact with medical staff, consultants, external professionals, administrators and employees at all levels

Must be able to see, hear, speak, read and perform manual tasks with or without accommodation, and care for oneself with little or no difficulty

Physical ability to tolerate a high percentage of time in sedentary work at desk.
