We’re partnering with top companies in Beverly Hills and Los Angeles to hire Entry-Level Receptionists for temporary-to-long-term roles, with immediate start dates after interviews.

Positions Available: Entry-Level Receptionists, Administrative Assistants
Location: Beverly Hills & Greater Los Angeles (DTLA, West LA, South Bay)
Pay Rate: $22–$25/hour, DOE
Start Date: Immediate, following interviews
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests and manage front desk operations
Schedule appointments and handle phone and email communications
Provide general administrative support
Assist with ad hoc projects as needed
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and well-stocked
Qualifications:
6 months to 1 year of receptionist or administrative experience
Customer service or hospitality background preferred
Positive, professional attitude and strong communication skills
Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
