Summary
The Technology Testing Lead will oversee and manage the testing efforts for our HR HCM Implementation and ongoing testing requirements attributed to regular cyclical releases. In this role, you will develop a comprehensive testing strategy, develop detailed resource requirements, testing plans and scenarios and work with key stakeholders to socialize the approach, execute the plan and resolve key issues discovered during the testing execution. In this role, the Technology Testing Lead will be responsible for introducing and leveraging test automation initiatives, identifying and solutioning areas for improvement and ensuring all deliverables meet functional and performance standards. The ideal candidate must have exemplified leadership skills, passion for ensuring the integrity of complex software systems and strong stakeholder communication and management skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop Test Plan and Strategy to help outline objectives, resources, and timelines
Test Execution and Coordination – oversee the execution of test cases
Manage across multiple teams
Reporting and Quality Assurance for progress of testing activities amongst stakeholders
In partnership with L&D experts, develop comprehensive training materials where required
Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate. If an estimated salary range for this role is available, it will be provided in our Target Salary Range section. Our compensation package also includes bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits program.
Target Salary Range
$129,000 - $158,000 if located in Illinois

Education and/or Experience:
Required:
A minimum of 12 years of experience in Software quality assurance and testing
Demonstrated experience in managing testing for large scale technology implementations
Previous experience understanding how to move to a new HCM Model
Ability to create to stakeholder engagement and management
Working with change champions
Delivery of training and communications
Attention to detail
Develop of Training and Development and partnering with L&D team
Preferred:
Workday HCM Testing experience
