Material Handler
As a Material Handler, you will play a vital role in coordinating and supporting inventory management, customer orders, production, transportation and safety procedures to meet the demands of our clientâ s customers efficiently. You will train on 1st shift for 2-3 weeks, then move to 2nd shift. This is a Furst-to-Hire opportunity.
Hours: Train on 1st shift & work Monday-Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm, then move to 2nd shift once training is complete. The 2nd shift work hours are 2pm-10pm.
Pay: $18.00/hour

Material Handler Responsibilities:
Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently
Support load scheduling for transportation
Prepare necessary paperwork, including pick tickets, delivery tickets and bills of lading
Conduct inventory control
Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and efficiency
Perform month-end and year-end inventory counts
Provide production support by assisting operators as needed
Maintain cleanliness of warehouse
Maintain inventory levels and facilitate movement between locations
Material Handler Requirements:
Prior forklift experience required
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to work independently or with a team
