We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Project Coordinator to join our team and help drive critical operations-focused initiatives across product, sales, purchasing, and supply chain. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable juggling multiple projects, and has a strong understanding of what it takes to bring cross-functional teams together and get things done.
You will serve as a key player in the execution of high-impact projects—ranging from new product launches to tariff-related initiatives and supply chain optimization. With visibility into approximately 40 concurrent projects of varying sizes at the same time, your ability to manage complexity, stay organized, and push progress forward is essential.
You will report directly to one of the CEO's and partner closely with members of the Product, Sales and Purchasing teams.
Responsibilities
Serve as the PMO for a wide variety of operations-related projects, including product launches, tariff processes, and supply chain process improvements
Coordinate and monitor project progress from initiation through execution, ensuring timelines and milestones are met
Actively contribute to project work as needed, stepping in to support capacity gaps and shifting priorities
Maintain and update project plans using internal tools such as Microsoft Planner and our internal Wurth IPS
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to solve problems, clarify needs, and drive alignment
Connect people, generate buy-in, and secure commitments to keep momentum going
Identify and implement process improvements based on project learnings
Stay focused on efficiency—remove roadblocks and avoid unnecessary complexity
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience in a project coordination or project management role
Experience in product management, purchasing, or sales is a strong plus
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and Planner
Experience with project management platforms
Hands-on, solutions-oriented, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
Strong organizational and communication skills
Motivated to build relationships across departments, understand business processes, and improve how work gets done
