ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher (SPED) for a full-time, school-based position in Carthage, MS. This is an exciting opportunity to work with elementary students in a collaborative and supportive school environment while helping students achieve their academic and personal goals.Position Details:

Location: Carthage, MS

Start Date: ASAP End of School Year (EOSY)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday

Caseload: Elementary students (exact details provided in the interview)

Setting: Onsite only Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs

Provide direct instruction and behavioral support in a structured classroom setting

Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment

Monitor and document student progress and make necessary instructional adjustments Qualifications:

Must have an active Mississippi Special Education Teacher license

Experience working with elementary students preferred
