Akkodis currently has a Workday Senior Analyst position. This is a remote position, and it is a Contract to Hire position so no C2C or agencies allowed with this position.

Rate Range: $55.00/hr to $65.00; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Description:

The Workday Senior Analyst performs a key role in leading the operational functions of Workday as well as continually optimizing use of the software after their Workday go-live. This position will collaborate with leadership to establish and maintain the Workday roadmap, provide expertise, project management, maintenance, testing, and training of Workday solutions. This position will serve as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional area and assist with user training development, ensuring data integrity, build downstream system integrations, reporting and execute process improvements.

This person needs to work with several stakeholders who will be responsible for the different modules listed below and will be responsible for training them on how best to utilize those modules post go-live. Specific Workday modules this role will focus on: HCM, time and attendance, payroll, benefits, enrollment, onboarding, recruiting, payroll, leave of absence, security (identity and access management).

Responsibilities:

· Maintain Workday HCM day-to-day ensuring proper and accurate data integrity,

performance and security.

· Provide system support, training and documentation for all end users.

· Maintain expert knowledge of the HCM, Security, time and attendance, payroll, benefits, enrollment, onboarding, recruiting, leave of absence modules

· Manage Workday updates, integrations and repairs, partnering with IT, vendors and other stakeholders as needed

· Generate and deliver Workday reports and dashboards for end users and auditors

· Analyze data to identify company and system trends, making recommendations to Leadership for process and system improvements; identify opportunities for automation to increase efficiencies.

· Implement, manage and report on security protocols ensuring compliance

· Manage relationships with system vendors and service providers, evaluating performance and negotiating contracts

Education:

· Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field required

· Workday Certifications preferred

Pay Details: $55.00 to $65.00 per hour
