Qualifications:

1-3 years of EHS experience in manufacturing environments
Technical aptitude for analyzing production processes and equipment safety
Strong analytical skills for quality system and GMP compliance
Proficient in interpreting manufacturing regulatory standards
Ability to assess manufacturing risks and implement preventative measures
Responsibilities:
Enforce safe work practices across production lines
Monitor manufacturing equipment safety protocols
Conduct risk assessments for production processes
Manage safety documentation and standard operating procedures
Support Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) implementation
Develop safety training for manufacturing personnel
Perform internal manufacturing safety audits
Track production-related safety metrics
Investigate manufacturing incidents and near-misses
Support continuous improvement of manufacturing safety systems
Coordinate emergency response procedures for production environments
Lead safety suggestion and incident prevention programs
