Dispatcher

Monitors and responds to all radio communications; dispatches calls for service; provides assistance, direction and information via telephone and radio; enters all relevant data into the department's records management system; provides assistance to the communication specialist as needed; performs special projects as needed which includes training other dispatchers.

APCO certification and previous dispatch experience is preferred.
