Operational Technology Manager

Job Summary nAddress the changing business needs while delivering robust, secure and stable systems.

Overall responsibilities include installation, upgrade, support, and maintenance of OT Systems.

Maintains and manages technical support contracts.

Oversee growth and maintenance of all layers of the network.

Adhere to and coordinate company technology standards.

nnESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

nnResponsible for the day-to-day operations related to operational technology and SCADA systemsnTroubleshooting of system interruptions or network issues causing issues with plant operations.

nCoordinate and communicate with corporate support staff.nResponsible for coordinating and maintaining all systems which connect to a network of any nature including Controlled Entry, NVR video, Industrial Systems Controlling and Monitoring manufacturing, Paging systems, Internal Remote access, Backup and Recovery, Switching and Routing, VMWare, SAN storage.nResponsible for ensuring that the business unit is compliant with all necessary licensing requirements and protocols.nPerforms analysis of network needs and contributes to design of network architecture, integration, and installation.

nInstalls and maintains local area network hardware and software, including servers, peripherals, network nodes, terminals, and wiring.nCoordinate issues with local management, discuss with corporate management on scope of completion, and communicate how and when issues can be resolved.

nFollows all food safety procedures and practices to promote our food safety culture.nAll other duties as assigned by management.nnnSystems and Applications Knowledge:nAll systems which connect to the network including Controlled Entry, NVR video, Industrial Systems Controlling and Monitoring manufacturing, Plant Overhead Paging, Internal Remote access, Support requests, Remote Support, Backup and Recovery, Antivirus, Switching and Routing, VMWare, SAN Storage, Databases.

Veeam backup and replication.nnClient Devices and Peripherals Knowledge: nPCs, Barcode Scanners, Veeam backup and replication.

nnExpected Areas of Competence (i.e.

KSAs)nnMust possess a high degree of integrity.nStrong analytical, problem solving and deductive reasoning skills.nAbility to identify and analyze relevant information to draw conclusions and make informed judgments.nTime management skills, including the ability to prioritize and organize work to maximize efficiency.nnEducation / Experience Requirements:nnIT related Bachelor's degree (B.
