ComResource is looking for a Business Analyst.

We need someone to assist in translating business requirements into technical specifications, analyzing workflows, and supporting the delivery of standardized business processes across IT projects.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Project Managers to track progress, identify risks, and assess business impacts.

Maintain project documentation, including status reports, lists, and budgets.

Conduct thorough business process analysis to evaluate current workflows and systems.

Translate requirements into feasible solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.

Develop and maintain use cases, functional models, process flows, and wireframes.

Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring mutual understanding.

Coordinate updates, manage requirement changes, and support business acceptance testing.

Stay current with industry best practices and leverage expertise to recommend improvements.

Maintain ongoing communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Participate in the creation and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Essentials:

Minimum 2 years of business analysis or related experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to convey complex concepts clearly.

Skilled in translating technical language for business and end-user audiences.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Exchange, and Visio.

Ability to multi-task, organize, and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with PHI/HIPAA regulations and compliance standards.

Experience with process mapping tools such as Lucidchart.

Capable of creating documentation for both current and future state processes.

Desired:

Expertise in tools such as iRise or the Rational toolset.

Experience with SOP creation in regulated industries.

40 hours of training provided by supplier or equivalent experience.

Background in healthcare or knowledge of HIPAA-compliant environments.
