Central Kentucky Ag Credit might be the place for you if you're looking for an exciting career in the ever-evolving agriculture industry and want to help improve rural America in our local community. We are looking for someone to join our Information Technology team in Lexington, Kentucky.

This is a regular, full-time non-exempt position that is eligible for overtime pay on hours worked over 40 during a work week based on the business needs and your availability.

Daily participation at our on-location sites is an important part of our culture. Please be mindful of commute distance when considering applying.

You don’t have a banking background? That’s okay!

Yes, we are in financial services, but not in the way you might be thinking. If you come to us knowing the industry – great, but if you need support learning – that works, too. We will provide you with the training you need through paid training courses as well as individual on-the-job one-on-one support to set you up for success. If you can bring us your dedication to learning – we’ll teach you the industry specific expertise.

At Central Kentucky Ag Credit, the customer experience is our top priority, and we’re looking for individuals who have at least one year of experience and/or an Associate’s degree in IT Support or related field. Certifications, such as CompTIA A+, are also useful in this role.

Our Information Systems Support Assistant will:

serve as Tier 1 support for basic daily hardware, software, general troubleshooting and questions from the branches and administrative office.

perform basic scanner, printer, mobile device, and phone system troubleshooting, maintenance, and support.

set up and distributes computer hardware and software to each branch office.

work with Association staff in maintaining an up-to-date inventory of all computer hardware.

work with SQL and PowerBI.

Previous experience with Microsoft Office, Windows, Apple/IOS, DAX, and Adobe is a plus!

The Purpose of Your Role

The Information Systems Support Assistant role is an integral part of our administrative team that works with our Information Systems Coordinator to ensure that Association staff has the information technology they need reach business plan goals and objectives. The primary function is to solve basic and routine problems and improve the efficiency of operational, interactive and network. The Information Systems Support Assistant will function independently under general supervision. We are looking for candidates who wish to grow professionally. The goal remains consistent for all interactions: help customers feel more confident, make clearer decisions, and achieve their own dreams.
