Job Overview: INARA is seeking a creative and driven Field Content Creator to produce high-quality visual storytelling content that showcases the human impact of our work in Syria.

This deliverables-based role includes photography, videography, and editing responsibilities focusing on both compelling human-interest stories and on-the-ground coverage of INARA’s activities, visits, and events.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for storytelling, proven experience in photo and video production, and the ability to work independently in dynamic field environments.

Key Responsibilities: Produce and deliver 1 human interest visual story per week, capturing powerful and respectful images or short videos that highlight individual stories.

Create 1 follow-up visual story per week showing progress and the continued impact of INARA’s work.

Document activities, visits, and field events as they happen, through a mix of photo, video, and brief interviews as required.

Edit and finalize content to be publication-ready (basic color correction, audio cleanup, subtitles, etc.). Ensure all content adheres to INARA’s branding, messaging, ethical guidelines, and protection standards.

Coordinate with the communications team for briefs, approvals, and content alignment.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS CONTENT CREATORS Qualifications: Proven experience in photography and video production.

Strong storytelling skills with the ability to craft narratives through visuals.

Proficiency with editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Lightroom, Photoshop). Familiarity with humanitarian contexts and sensitivity to vulnerable subjects.

Ability to travel locally within Syria and be available to attend field visits or events.

Strong time management and ability to meet weekly deliverables.

Arabic language required; basic English is a plus.
