The Role:

As the Director of Brand / Creative Director at Glia, you will lead the charge in developing and scaling a powerful, consistent, and globally resonant brand. You’ll be based in Estonia and lead a team of designers, visual storytellers, and creative producers while collaborating closely with our US-based content marketing and revenue marketing teams. This is a strategic, operational, and managerial leadership role with high visibility across the company.

Responsibilities:

Drive Glia’s brand and marketing design vision, ensuring our visual identity continues to evolve in a way that reflects our leadership in the contact center AI space

Develop design strategies informed by market trends, customer feedback, and business goals

Build strong cross-functional partnerships with executive team, engineering, content, product marketing, growth marketing, and sales

Analyze competitors and industry design trends to keep Glia’s brand fresh, distinctive, and relevant

Evaluate the effectiveness of design initiatives and conduct A/B testing to optimize performance

Align design output with measurable business objectives and KPIs

Streamline processes, identify automation and AI opportunities, and assess training needs

Identify and implement frameworks to ensure design operational efficiency and quality

Manage tools and infrastructure (design systems, asset libraries, documentation platforms) to ensure scalability

Guide, direct, and empower a marketing design team while inspiring a common design vision and creating an internal design culture

Attract, grow, and retain top creative talent

Put design skills to work alongside the team on high-level, big ticket creative projects

What You’ll Bring:

7+ years of brand or creative leadership experience, ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology environment

Proven ability to lead and scale a high-performing design team

Expertise in visual storytelling, brand development, and marketing design strategy

Demonstrated success creating cross-functional alignment across global teams

Fluency in modern design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with motion and web design

Proficiency with Webflow

Expertise setting up AI tools and self-serve templates

Experience in SEO

Deep familiarity with project management platforms like Asana

Strong data-informed mindset; comfort using performance data to influence creative strategy

Fluency in English required (Estonian or another European language is a plus)

A growth mindset, natural curiosity, and a collaborative spirit
