Are you passionate about supporting student success and working in a collaborative, high-impact environment? The Graduate Programs Office (GPO) at the Fisher College of Business is seeking a Graduate Programs Recruiting and Admissions Coordinator to support the recruiting efforts for our Specialized Graduate Programs.

The Graduate Recruiter is often the applicant's first point of contact with the college and is responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process for the Fisher College of Business. Manage the progress of started applications and review assigned applications. Communicate with prospective students via email, phone, and in-person meetings. Conduct applicant interviews and participate in the admissions committee. Travel domestically and internationally to recruit students and expand program outreach. Maintain and analyze admissions data using Salesforce, AME, and other centralized recruiting systems. Report admissions trends and insights to supervisors and academic deans. Engage with admitted students to increase enrollment yield. Assist in determining scholarship awards and planning/executing yield events. Support marketing and advertising efforts for Specialized Graduate Programs. Support recruiting, admissions, and enrollment teams in achieving their goals. Conduct outreach to in-progress applicants, evaluative interviews, and waiver request reviews. Manage the mentor program, pairing current students with incoming students. Perform other duties as assigned.

This position can be completed in a hybrid format: 60% on-campus and 40% remote

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 4 years of experience working in higher education, recruitment, sales, or a related area. Ability to understand adult learners' needs. Strong teamwork skills, the ability to perform under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong strategic planning and organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities are essential. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and capable of balancing strategic priorities with transactional responsibilities.

Desired Qualifications

Experience working at The Ohio State University or another academic institution. Familiarity with Salesforce (CRM systems) and student information systems (SIS) is also desirable.

Additional Information:

The target hiring range for this job profile is $55,100 – $72,400. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to, education, years of experience, internal equity, etc.
