We are seeking a Marketing & Digital Engagement Specialist who is passionate about beauty, aesthetics, and digital marketing to help grow our brand, drive bookings, and enhance client engagement. This role will also serve as a marketing strategist, helping craft and guide the overarching vision and strategy behind all marketing campaigns.

Job Summary

The Marketing & Digital Engagement Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive revenue, and optimize the customer experience. This role requires expertise in paid advertising, social media, email & SMS campaigns, SEO, and community engagement to help scale our business.

The ideal candidate will also serve as a strategic marketing planner, working closely with leadership to align campaign direction with business goals and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

Advertising & Digital Marketing

Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads (Meta Business Suite), and TikTok Ads for maximum ROI.

Continuously refine audience targeting, ad creatives, and budgets to drive conversions and bookings.

Develop, plan, and execute monthly specials and promotions, ensuring timely launches.

Monitor campaign performance and create detailed reports for optimization.

Social Media & Content Strategy

Develop and execute social media content plans across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google My Business.

Utilize Canva, CapCut, and Metricool for content creation, video editing, and social media scheduling.

Implement innovative marketing strategies to increase social media reach and engagement.

Manage social media engagement, including responding to messages, comments, and reviews.

Contact and coordinate with giveaway winners, ensuring smooth product/service delivery.

Proactively engage with the community, influencers, and brand advocates to drive organic growth.

Email & SMS Marketing

Create and manage email & SMS campaigns using Mailchimp and other SMS marketing tools.

Develop automated workflows for customer retention, promotions, and special offers.

Segment audience lists for more effective targeting.

Website Management, SEO & Online Booking Optimization

Manage and update the WordPress website with blogs, service updates, and landing pages.

Implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and increase organic traffic.

Optimize Boulevard (or other booking software) to enhance the online customer experience.

Track and improve online sales, bookings, and lead conversion rates.

Community Engagement & Brand Partnerships

Build relationships with local businesses, influencers, and brand collaborators for cross-promotions.

Plan and execute in-person and online events to increase brand visibility.

Support rebranding efforts and provide event marketing assistance as needed.

Conduct customer perception surveys and report findings to inform marketing strategies.

Engage with local customers through strategic partnerships and referral programs.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

Utilize Google Analytics, Metricool, and Excel to track campaign performance, website traffic, and audience engagement.

Monitor retail campaign performance, create recaps, and suggest strategy refinements.

Utilize Google Drive, Excel, Metricool, and Notion for data tracking, campaign planning, and reporting.

Automate workflows using Zapier and Slack to improve efficiency.

Prepare and present marketing reports with insights on engagement, conversion rates, and sales growth.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 2+ years in marketing, preferably in beauty, aesthetics, or wellness.
