Hybrid - Los Angeles Downtown - 3 days at office(Tuesday/Wed/Thursday onsite, Monday and Friday - Remote)
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Salesforce Administrator to manage, optimize, and enhance our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce administration, a strong understanding of business processes, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive CRM efficiency and user adoption. This role requires hands-on technical skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for leveraging Salesforce to support organizational goals.
Salesforce.com Administrator certification is required
Data/File migration experience required
At least 6-8 years of proven Salesforce administration experience
In-depth knowledge of the Force.com platform features and limitations, experience with APIs and integration with external systems
Analytical background with experience in building and maintain SFDC reporting templates for sales analysis
Previous re-engineering experience updating an existing Salesforce.com configuration to enhance and improve functionality and automation
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Process Builder, and Lightning Experience.
Strong understanding of data modeling, SOQL, and Salesforce security models.
Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Zapier, or Salesforce APIs) is a plus.
Basic knowledge of Apex/Visualforce or Lightning Web Components is a bonus but not required
Advanced Excel skills required
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
Great communication skills with enthusiastic personality
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Salesforce Lightning migrations or implementations.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with other CRM platforms or related technologies (e.g., HubSpot, Dynamics 365).
