Champion sales of maintenance contracts for services to property managers and commercial real estate facility managers

Due to tremendous growth, our landscape maintenance client with branches throughout the Phoenix market is adding to their Business Development sales team:

Create and execute a sales plan to grow market share of landscape, arbor care and irrigation services to BtoB, CRE and HOA clients

Network - Represent company in professional groups, associations and events

Prospect, Develop - and Close - winning proposals that tie directly to client objectives, company capabilities and profit goals

Requirements:

You are considered extroverted, intuitive, charismatic and a closer

References of 5+ years front line sales of commercial services to facility and property managers in the greater Phoenix market

4 years college degree or equivalent preferred
