Project Manager

Job Description

ComResource is looking for a Project Manager.

We need someone to assist in planning and executing infrastructure and SAP-related projects, managing teams and budgets, and ensuring project goals align with organizational strategy and compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

Manage up to three concurrent projects with budgets ranging from $500K to $5M.

Oversee all aspects of project planning and execution using MS Project and PPM tools.

Develop and manage communication plans and stakeholder engagement strategies.

Lead vendor management efforts, including coordinating statements of work (SOWs).

Identify, document, and mitigate project risks and issues.

Coordinate cross-functional and matrixed project teams, including offshore resources.

Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Provide status updates, ensure documentation, and facilitate meetings and reporting.

Lead infrastructure project components including builds, controls, compliance, and cloud-based systems.

Support planning and execution of SAP projects, including WRICEF objects.

Foster collaboration across multiple teams and ensure alignment with business goals.

Mentor junior project management team members.

Essentials:

5+ years of relevant project management experience.

Proven experience using MS Project and managing budgets.

Experience with SAP and infrastructure project management.

Strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration abilities.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Familiarity with validated systems and compliance in IT environments.

Strong business acumen and the ability to work within matrixed organizations.

Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Desired:

PMP certification.

Familiarity with the SBAR (Situation, Background, Analysis, Recommendation) framework.

Experience in mentoring and coaching project team members.

Strong organizational awareness, storytelling, and communication strategy skills.

Ability to adapt under pressure and deliver challenging messages with professionalism.
