Location: Lititz, PA

Shifts Available: 2nd Shift & 3rd Shift Full-Time Temp-to-Hire

Pay: $27-$31/ hour DOE

Industry: Food Production / Manufacturing

Allegiance Staffing is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our client’s production team in Lititz, PA. These roles support the ongoing operation of a high-performance food manufacturing facility, requiring hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, and welding maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical production equipment

Perform preventive maintenance, lubrications, and scheduled adjustments

Weld and fabricate as needed for repairs or structural support

Assist with line changeovers in bakery and packaging areas

Start up ovens and troubleshoot electrical motors/drives

Complete daily work orders and project lists assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor

Ensure compliance with OSHA safety procedures and food safety guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic systems

Welding skills required; RPM and Hayssen experience a plus

Comfortable working in warm and enclosed environments

Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work at heights up to 30 ft

Must be able to read, write, and speak English for team communication and safety

Familiar with hand and power tools

Able to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments
