Project Manager

Job Description

ComResource is looking for a Project Manager.

We need someone to assist in leading technical and cross-functional projects, managing budgets, coordinating teams, and ensuring successful SaaS implementations and vendor collaborations.

Responsibilities:

Manage multiple concurrent projects with budgets ranging from $500K to $5M.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, including offshore and off-site resources.

Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project and Project Online/Server.

Handle vendor relationships, including reviewing and managing SOWs.

Identify and manage risks and issues; escalate as needed.

Lead stakeholder communications and engagement planning.

Deliver project updates using clear communication strategies tailored to different audiences.

Ensure alignment with business objectives while tracking KPIs and financial metrics.

Facilitate cross-team collaboration and dependency management.

Coach and mentor junior project managers as needed.

Essentials:

5+ years of project management experience in a technical environment.

Proficiency in MS Project and strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience managing SaaS implementations and working within matrixed organizations.

Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and maintain project controls.

Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Familiarity with risk and issue management methodologies.

Self-motivated and adaptable under pressure with a focus on delivering value.

Desired:

PMP certification.

Experience with SAP projects.

Familiarity with the SBAR communication framework.

Experience with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools.

Strong business acumen and ability to communicate technical solutions effectively.

Background in coaching and mentoring project managers.
