Machine Operator- Temp: Monroe, Wisconsin

Our customer in Monroe, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Machine Operators to work full-time on 2nd shift. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery while ensuring product quality, cleanliness, and efficient packaging in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities of the Machine Operator:

Perform routine quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards

Operate multiple machines simultaneously in a hot, fast-paced production environment

Package small components into boxes, including bending, twisting, and moving items from floor level

Maintain clean and sanitary workstations, assisting with sanitation duties as needed

Monitor machinery and report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly

Stand for the entire shift while handling repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency

Machine Operator Requirements and Qualifications:

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis

Comfortable standing, bending, and twisting throughout an entire shift

Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or warehouse setting (preferred)

Willingness to perform light assembly work when required

Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality

Injection molding experience

Ability to work in a hot environment and follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Pay for Machine Operator: Starting at $17.50/hour.

Schedule: Monday - Friday from 4:00pm-12:00am. Overtime on Saturday as needed.
