Role Description Fulfillment Team Leader Reports to: Fulfillment Area Leader Position Type: Full time regular Status: Hourly Non-Exempt Job Purpose: To provide quality and efficient service to customers through the daily leading of fulfillment team members to include, directing, motivating, recognizing, coaching, counseling, training and problem solving.
Additionally, responsible for assisting the Operational Leadership Team with development, analyses and implementation of staffing, training, scheduling and reward/recognition programs.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities: Ensure all schedules, ship dates, must arrive by dates, and other deadlines are adhered to and all shipments are packaged safely and securely to arrive to our customers.
Provide daily direction and communication to team members in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner.
Provide continual evaluation of processes and procedures.
Responsible for suggesting methods to improve area operations, efficiency and service to both internal and external customers.

Ensure team members have appropriate training and other resources to perform their jobs.
Respond to and resolve employee relations issues expressed by team members; create and maintain high quality work environment so team members are motivated to perform at their highest level.
Assist Area Leader with daily operation to include the development, analyses and implementation of staffing, training, scheduling, and reward/recognition programs.
Work as a member/leader of special or on-going projects that are important to area/process improvement.
Share continual responsibility for deciding how to lead the team members ensuring that work flow is handled efficiently and effectively.
Implement standard work and processes that support company and departmental standards, procedures, and strategic directives.
Use appropriate judgment in upward communication regarding department or team member concerns.
Follow company policies including but not limited to cell phone use, smoking, attendance tardiness.
Maintain a clean and organized fulfillment department and warehouse to achieve maximum results.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Two years related experience in fulfillment / warehousing Positive "can do" customer focus and attitude Self-starter, requiring minimal supervision to complete assigned tasks Highly organized detail oriented Strong interpersonal communication skills Competent computer skills using (Microsoft Excel, Outlook Word, browser based systems) Ability to regularly carry loads of 25 lbs.
