What You'll Do

Receive hands-on and classroom-style training from top team members and leadership

Learn to effectively present AT&T products and services to customers

Engage with customers in a retail environment and maintain professionalism throughout every interaction

Master the full sales cycle, from lead engagement to closing and follow-up

Recommend additional services or products based on customer needs

Keep detailed records of all customer interactions to ensure consistent follow-up and reporting

Collaborate with team members and contribute to a high-performing, supportive environment

Participate in daily team meetings to discuss goals, strategies, and wins
