The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative
support to the Founders Classical Academy Superintendent. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of organizational challenges in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification
Associate's degree (preferred)
Experience
4+ years of Administrative Assistant experience supporting a corporate office in an administrative capacity
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Mastery of standard office administrative practices and procedures
Intermediate concepts and applications of electronic data processing
Demonstrated strong computer literacy and experience with Google Apps
Ability to organize work and paper flow effectively and efficiently under a tight schedule
Ability to multitask and prioritize projects in response to ever-changing priorities
Demonstrated strong research and writing skills
Demonstrated excellent proof-reading skills
Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal relationship skills
Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with leaders and corporate personnel

Responsibilities and Duties:
Perform clerical functions (e.g., proofreading, preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, etc.)
Handle all expense reports
Ensure all reports and data files are arranged in an organized manner to avoid any inconvenience in business matters
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops
Secure information by completing database backups
Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and redesigning processes; recommending changes
Complete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining the cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; making adjustments to plans
Support the management of projects
Ability to work in Home Office
Prepare for team meetings (e.g., calendar coordination, agenda, logistics, resolutions, minutes, etc.)
Respond to public information requests
Monitor, screen, respond to, and distribute incoming communications
Draft and review a variety of documents
Maintain updated corporate documents
Manages special projects under the direction and guidance of Leadership Team/Superintendent
Completes all other duties as assigned
