Are you an energetic professional with expertise in CMM programming, GD&T, and quality assurance? We are hiring a CMM Programmer to join our Quality Assurance team in Berea, Kentucky. In this hands-on manufacturing role, you’ll ensure top-quality components, collaborate with engineering teams, and drive process improvements—all while making a real impact on safety, quality, and production efficiency.

What You’ll Do

Develop, edit, and execute Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) programs using tools like PCDMIS or CMM Manager DCC.

Inspect and validate critical supplier components against drawing specifications using advanced inspection techniques.

Partner with Manufacturing Engineering and Design Engineering to enhance processes and validate new products/equipment.

Train general inspectors on CMM and metrology best practices.

Maintain lab equipment and manage layout schedules to keep production on track.

Provide technical recommendations to operators, engineers, and leadership to prevent non-conformances and boost quality.

Your decisions will directly reduce risks tied to supplier components and improve overall plant performance—making this a critical position in our Berea facility.

What We’re Looking For

Education: Associate’s Degree in Engineering (preferred) or 1-3 years of equivalent experience in CMM layout/inspection.

Experience:

1-3 years of CMM programming and layout/inspection in a manufacturing setting.

5+ years of manufacturing and product knowledge.

Skills:

Expertise in CAD models, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and CMM software.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and statistical software.

Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
