The Temporary Human Resources (HR) Assistant is responsible for employee file projects at a New York City healthcare location, with an estimated assignment duration of six (6) months. Opportunities are located in the Bronx, Brooklyn, or Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
Scan and shred employee file documentation
Employee document retrieval/collection
Upload digitized files to HRIS database
Other HR administrative duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
Associates degree in Human Resources or related field and/or equivalent experience, required
Prior HR office experience with knowledge of employee file documentation, required
Previous healthcare experience, preferred
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must be able to work independently
Hourly Rate = $17.00 - $22.00
