Are you a Program Manager with proven experience launching powertrain programs from concept through to production? Ready to take ownership of high-impact projects with a global supplier at the forefront of powertrain technology?

We're partnering with a leading powertrain component manufacturer that supports major OEMs and Tier 1s. Due to continued growth and the award of new business, they are looking for a Program Manager who can hit the ground running.

The Opportunity:

In this role, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end execution of new product launches and major engineering changes, acting as the key liaison between internal teams and the customer. You'll manage program timing, cost, quality, and scope, ensuring smooth delivery from kick-off through to SOP.

What You'll Bring:

Program Management experience within the automotive powertrain sector

A track record of successfully launching new products and managing major changes

Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, and Stage Gate processes

Strong communication skills and the confidence to lead cross-functional teams and engage with OEM or Tier 1 customers

Ability to work with engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams to keep programs on track What's on Offer:
