This role involves managing property operations, including apartment leasing, rent collection, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Apartment Leasing, Compliance, and Rental Income - Oversee all aspects of leasing, vacancy management, lease signings, renewals, and rent collection. Coordinate with Benefits and Entitlements Coordinator and Program staff on required processes.
Analysis and Reporting - Input data into the RealPage system, monitor property performance, ensure compliance with tax credits and other regulations, and prepare reports for the Board, funders, and investors.
Monitoring and Maintaining Physical Conditions - Supervise onsite maintenance, ensuring the property is well-maintained in accordance with laws, building codes, and program requirements. Conduct regular inspections and work with Facilities to address issues.
Project Administration, Managing & Reporting - Oversee apartment marketing and leasing to meet financial goals, ensure occupancy, and manage compliance with agreements. Collaborate with the compliance team and other departments to resolve operational issues. Qualifications:
Education - Associates degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in affordable property management, housing development, urban planning, or related fields.
