Marketing Manager

Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager who will lead the development, implementation, measurement and optimization of strategic marketing for all PiNZ Entertainment Group venues.

These marketing programs include evergreen sales programming, rotating specials, and much more.

This role will focus on creating customized marketing strategies to drive bookings, venue visits, increase brand visibility, and maximize revenue across our diverse portfolio of locations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, graphic design, and project management, as well as a deep understanding of market trends.

So if you can

Create all sales graphics and flyers for the PiNZ Entertainment Group to be used to within our 6 venues

Design various creative materials for promotions, advertisements,

Regional campaigns and various marketing mediums.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify key opportunities, target audience segments, and market positioning.

Design marketing materials including event brochures, website banners, flyers, ads, professional announcements and other custom projects as requested.

Collaborate with the General Managers, Event Manager, COO, and CEO to align event marketing plans with the overall brand and sales strategy.

Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, website, partnerships, etc.) to drive event bookings and engagement.

Prepare and analyze regular reports on campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimize marketing efforts for maximum impact and cost-effectiveness.

Create and foster relationships with 3rd party professional organizations for the promotion and positive positioning of the brand and sales programs. Than you might just be the person we are looking for !
