Front Range Staffing is seeking a Staffing Coordinator with 2+ years of recruiting experience to join our team in Colorado Springs. We’re looking for a confident professional with a customer service attitude—positive, energetic, and forward-thinking—who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and genuinely enjoys helping people succeed. Pay: Hourly, $20-25hr. based on experience. Potential for bonus and commission.Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional overtime may be required)Work Environment: 100% In-person Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard candidates across multiple job classifications.

Build a robust pipeline of talent through social media, networking, advertising, and referrals.

Create compelling job descriptions, client communications, and candidate resumes.

Manage job postings and keep applicant tracking systems and resume databases updated and accurate.

Perform all pre-employment procedures, including reference checks, background verifications, E-Verify, I-9, and W-4 processing.

Serve as a trusted liaison between clients and field staff, ensuring excellent communication, follow-through, and issue resolution.

Support client retention, scheduling, reporting, and special projects.

Maintain a high level of professionalism while handling time-sensitive and urgent issues.

Counseling, discussing sensitive matters, work performance, and giving feedback.What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources.

Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance (E-Verify, I-9s, onboarding documentation).

Demonstrated multitasking, time management, and organizational abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and fast, accurate data entry.

Ability to quickly learn new technology, including A.I.

Experience with applicant tracking systems.

Experience using Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms for recruitment and business purposes. Must be comfortable having an online presence.

Self-directed with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Able to remain composed under pressure and adaptable in shifting priorities.

Able to attend job fairs, conferences, and after-hours events.

Valid Driver’s License and dependable personal transportation.
