What will you BRING to Datavail
15 or more years of hands-on experience selling and delivering Transformation/Modernization projects and Managed Services
Excellent understanding and hands-on experience in architecting and delivering Database, Data Analytics and Application Development and Management (both support and new development/modernization) solutions
Excellent understanding and hands-on experience in delivering Cloud Modernization/Migration and Cloud Managed Services to customers on either AWS/Azure or both preferably
Excellent understanding of selling and positioning deals that make best use of nearshore/offshore at scale
and cost inputs for overall solution efficacy, deliverability and Winnability
Present and lead solution alignment workshops with our customers
Solution Selling - Ensuring quality solution delivery and subsequent solution selling to other key stakeholders
Creating collaterals: Creating capability decks, case studies, mailers and contribute to creation of assets
Bid Management - Managing an RFP/RFQ bid end-to-end and drive the overall response process while coordinating with various other stakeholders
What You will DO at Datavail:
Build end to end solution constructs on Data Management Business Unit pursuits in areas around cloud modernization of Analytics and Application/AI workloads, Agile/DevOps transformation and next gen Data Management and Application/AI (both support and transformation / modernization) solutions
Build an integrated solution strategy working across different technology groups/horizontals including Analytics Modernization (Fabric, Data Bricks, Snowflake, ADF, Power BI, Tableau), Custom Applications and API Modernization (.NET/NodeJS/Java/Angular/REACT/Power Platform/Dynamics 365 CRM), Data and App Integrations (ADF, Logic Apps, Power Automate), AI solutions, Database Modernization
Articulate value in terms of business outcomes/outputs and come with a product/ solution mindset to building Data Management and Custom Application/AI solutions for our customers
Work with Data Management Business Unit leaders and other Datavail practice areas to review effort and cost inputs for overall solution efficacy, deliverability and Winnability
