We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Stone Fabricator to join our dynamic team of Stone Artisans! The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with various types of stone, including granite, marble, quartz and other natural and engineered stones. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Shop Manager to ensure that all stone fabrication tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and great mechanical aptitude are essential in this position. Responsibilities

Accurately measure, cut, shape, polish, and finish stone materials to meet precisespecifications

Ability to operate specialized tools and machinery, such as bridge saws, CNC machines, grinders, polishers, and hand tools safely and efficiently

Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design specifications accurately

Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and specifications, making the necessary adjustments or repairs as needed

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times

Collaborate with Shop Manager to ensure project success

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of fabrication equipment

Adhere strictly to company safety guidelines and industry standards

Requirements

Proven experience as a Stone Fabricator or similar role in construction

Proficiency in operating stone fabrication machinery and hand tools

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Stone attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills

Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials safely

Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team

Knowledge of workplace safety practices and procedures
