Redline Athleticc's Director of Sports Performance (DSP) is the heartbeat of our sports performance facility. Responsibilities of this integral position include oversight and management of our Sports Performance Specialist team, member retention through outstanding training performance, parent communication, and performing future member evaluations and retesting.

Our DSP should be a dynamic, enthusiastic and experienced training specialist with impressive leadership ability who enjoys working with young athletes from ages 8 through 18.

Our DSP's have a "story" that they can share with our athletes and their parents. They have had NCAA - and often professional or semi-professional experience. They have trained in a variety of environments and have certifications, education, and other credentials to back up their real-world experience. They love working with athletes of all ability levels and enjoy creating relationships with their parents and coaches.

Our DSP will enjoy a positive and fun work environment. He or she will provide

oversight to a team of outstanding training professionals, each with unique athletic and life experience. They will train a variety of athletes, mostly in the 8–18-year-old age range.
