Duties:

About the Role

In this high-impact role, you’ll be directly involved in the transformation of multiple manufacturing sites into a consolidated, agile hub focused on rapid prototyping, fast deployment, and continuous improvement. You won’t just lead projects—you’ll help build the foundation for how we operationalize the future of sensing technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive lean transformation and operational streamlining initiatives

Support the design and implementation of a centralized new product launch center

Guide the introduction of cutting-edge sensor technologies into production

Implement continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, etc.)

Assist in developing future operational leaders through mentorship and training

Contribute to long-term planning and change management across teams

Strengthen operational KPIs: cost, quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction
