Position: Painter

Location: Montgomery County & Bucks County

Pay: $20-$27/hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality interior and exterior painting tasks, including brushing, rolling, spraying and prep work.

Collaborate with a team of 1-3 painters to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Adapt to and improve company processes, always seeking ways to enhance efficiency and the quality of our paint jobs.

Maintain a conscientious approach with great attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

Be open to new ideas and constructive criticism when the job warrants it

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 full year of professional painting experience at a painting company

Valid driver’s license and vehicle for transportation.

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Basic knowledge of drywall and wood preparation and repair.

Manual dexterity and balance for working on scaffolding and ladders.

Experience with airless sprayers and masking is a plus.
