A recognized leader in manufacturing innovation is seeking a Project Engineer to join their high-impact engineering team.
About the Role
As a Project Engineer, you’ll lead technical programs from concept to qualification, taking ownership of design, development, testing, and project execution. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll collaborate cross-functionally, serve as the technical point of contact for customers, and drive solutions that support safety, functionality, and innovation.
What You'll Do
Manage engineering programs through full lifecycle: proposals, planning, design, testing, and delivery
Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate with manufacturing, quality, reliability, and program management
Act as the primary technical interface with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Prepare and present reports, technical documentation, and risk assessments
Oversee schedules, budgets, and technical goals to ensure successful project outcomes
Participate in customer meetings and support design reviews, audits, and vendor interactions
What We're Looking For
B.S. in Engineering or equivalent work experience
Experience with electromechanical and hydraulic systems (aerospace or defense preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
Ability to lead teams and work hands-on in a technical environment
Familiarity with AS9100, MIL Specs, and civil aerospace standards
U.S. Person under ITAR requirements
Prior experience with hoist or winch systems is a plus
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
